We can customize your roast level preference (light, medium, dark, decaf), but we are not able to guarantee the same pricing or variety of coffees that come with a regular Roaster's Choice subscription. If you are interested in choosing your roast level, email a customer service rep. and they will get back to you with details and pricing ASAP.
