How do I update my credit card on file?

The easiest and more secure way to update your payment method is to log into your account at

From this page, click the "Payment Methods" tab at the top. Click the "Add payment method" link and enter your card information, then click the green "Add payment method" button.

NEXT, you'll need to link that card to your subscription. (Unfortunately simply adding a payment method doesn't automatically link the card to your subscription since our system allows users to have multiple subscriptions with different payment methods.)

If you've already received a failed payment notification:

-Click the "Orders" tab and select the "Pay" button next to the failed payment and complete the checkout using the new payment method. This WILL automatically charge your card and restart your subscription and link your new payment method to it.

If you haven't had any failed payments yet (i.e. you're updating it before you subscription has tried to renew):

-Click the "My Subscription" tab and in the "Actions" section click the "Change Payment" link. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the new payment method and choose "Change Payment Method". This WILL NOT automatically charge your card; your card won't be charged until the date your subscription renews again.
