What if I'm going on vacation?

You can postpone your subscription by logging into your account at www.utopiancoffee.com/my-account and selecting the "My Subscription" tab at the top. Under the "Actions" section you can choose to delay your shipment one cycle, or click the "Edit Subscription Details" to select a specific date you'd like your subscription to be postponed until.
Or you can always let us know when you would like shipments to stop and start back up again by Emailing us.

Not sure how long you need to postpone? You can always place your subscription “On-Hold” by Emailing us. Simply notify us when you're ready re-activate your subscription and it will resume its original cycle.
